Categories not showing on home and in public facing store front - 404 Error

I understand many folks have had these similar issues but I have not found an actual solution. My issue is two-fold and more than likely connected. On my store home I can only view one category I created (T-Shirts). I created another (Mugs) but can only see that when I select view all categories. The second issue is when I'm logged into Zazzle, my products show up under the correct categories but when I look at the public storefront I get an error message 404. I can confirm all of the products are set for public visibility etc. I can also confirm the (mugs) products are all indexed because they were made over a week ago and showed up in a previous category I created to test.

So the actual questions are why can't I see both of my categories from home and why do I get an error message for categories when viewed from public storefront?

Thank you in advance.

@CarlosPablo looking at the date that your latest mug that has hit the store is 4/4 so it looks like indexing is running slow again

I have a glass tumbler that I created on the 5th that hasn't landed in my store yet

Check again in a week and see if they finally appear in their new category

I normally expect a 7 day turnaround with new categories creation (slow I know but it is what it is)

@CarlosPablo

when you make new categories for your store - sometimes you get a 404 because the website hasn't had time yet to index them yet.

It can take 72 hours (sometimes longer) for your store front to be built.

With the new category - have you assigned a cover photo to it too as new categories won't appear unless they have one.

When you say your mugs showed in a previous category, it also takes time for products to move from one category to a new one (a couple of days sometimes more at least I've found)

Patience is key and nothing is ever immediate

Thanks for the reply -- I'm definitely beginning to realize Zazzle takes time, but it has been a week already for the new category and yes, I did assign a cover photo. So, I'm just not sure what's happening.
