For the center candle in Unity sets, the center image is not 'centered' in the preview. In the design tool, the image is placed at center - but you can see blue background on the right of preview image, but not the left; i,e., not centered. 😟

Can confirm. Off-centered to the left, slightly but noticeable if you have centered designs. Applies also to the regular pillar version without the 2 tapers but there it's minimal.

I find that the candles and lamps have always been that way. The center for the party hats seems off for me and the flasks. I think it is because the item is not flat. With the candles I don't use a solid background because there is going to be a white area at the back of the candle. It would be nice if we could choose different color wax then this wouldn't matter. To make these items look like the image is in the center I always move the image a bit. Another thing that doesn't seem to be centered are the areas of the dart boards. I like to make rings of different colors but a perfect circle doesn't seem to fit. It is probably because the item in the picture is shown on a nail and the top hangs a bit farther from the wall. Here is one of my older boards. The gray circles just don't fit. I adjust the rings to make them fit as best as possible but I am always worried I am making the actual product look bad. I never purchased one so I am not sure.

Hi @Mark It's this product. Place any small image (centered in the design tool) on the middle candle. The preview will not show the image centered. Thanks!

Hey all,
Thanks for flagging this with us. I can't seem to replicate the error on my end however. Are you referring to the "edge of the design that is seen on the "back" preview image? If not, can you provide a link to the design you're seeing this on so we can take a closer look?
Thanks again, 🙂
Pádraig.

I see the issue. We'll get this resolved.
In the future it would be helpful to have a link to a product that's impacted by the issue. Having the ability to upload screenshots is a fantastic improvement for bug reporting, but having a link to the product would also be very nice.

@Scott Hi - I think we have the same issue on table lamps? Gingerman is centered in design tool, but I think the preview shows it a little to the left? While we're on the subject - can you confirm: when in doubt, we should always go by the design tool, right? I hope customers don't adjust to make something center on the preview, then receive the product with an off center image? Thanks for your help on this.

Looks fine to me - https://www.zazzle.com/z/a1kx0n66
]If you're curious whether there's an issue like this the best way to test is to add a square or rectangle shape to the product then center it. I also think that your example look good.

We've fixed the original issue. Note that the product page cache will need to clear (on our end) before the change is visible on page load. However, the product previews will be updated once a user enters the design tool.
