Hi Team, I have been trying to change product categories of some of my items and over this week have noticed a recurring problem when changing product categories results in a loading freeze. Can you please investigate. Please see attached screenshot.
I'm very sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. I cannot replicate the issue on my end but I have sent this on to our team to investigate further.
This seems to be product specific for me - primarily baby bibs and burp cloths. I was able to transfer more than half of these before this problem appeared.
Thanks for your patience with this. Is this issue still occurring for you? Can you provide us with the iOS and Safari versions you are using and a link to the category that you are trying to transfer them too?
