Changing product merchandising image no longer available

Hello, when creating a product we used to be able to switch the main product image to a Zazzle mockup before appliying the design (or later via the edit details -> product merchandising option), but now it seems that it's no longer possible; we can see the other options, but not select them anymore.

The backend tool (the link under the image "Tap / click on image to see more RealViewsTM") works just like the frontend view and is quite unhelpful. Is it intended?

I think you have a glitch. I can choose the different options just fine. I'm using Firefox; maybe try another browser or clear your cookies?

Is it happening for only a specific product, or all across the board? I tried on invitations an candle favors. Sometimes when they add new mockups or new products, the new views don't always work right away, so if it's only certain products, that could be why.

On the other hand, I hope it's not an A/B test!

It's on 10 different products from the blank products creation tool, and also all my published products, using Chrome.

So I closed everything and restarted and now it works just fine. A glitch it seems indeed. Was running low on memory on my laptop, which sometimes causes weird things. 🤔

Edit: Just got it: when the browser window is small, the left hand selection panel disappears, and is replaced by the "Tap / click on image to see more RealViewsTM" link under the image, which doesn't allow to switch to a different mockup, even on the backend.
