I had a number of hand fans with Blooming Elegant. I changed the font to Everglow because Morgana didn't work for them. They finally went through the "replace product" queue. I was checking one this morning & see they took one of the template numbers out so 2 different templates were now text1. So it went from text1 to text3 & text4. Which screwed up everything. It was a graduation fan & "graduation" was the font I changed so I was just checking it to see if it worked when I noticed the grad's name above also changed to what I typed instead of "graduation"! Text2, the "graduation" word & the one that became Morgana which I changed to Everglow, was missing (It somehow also turned into Text1).
I just fixed everything & it's back in the queue (wonderful – that'll take days) but it was almost by chance that I happen to have found it. Who knows what else of mine is also screwed up like that? Now I'm really paranoid. This is the 2nd instance that I've found so far where 2 templates/text fields have been turned into 1. Both by chance.
