Christmas Stockings not showing reverse side

The Christmas stockings with the option to have a double-sided print don't show the reverse side image. They show white if you choose double-sided. They show red if you do choose the red option. This isn't just mine, it's all the ones I've checked. If you look at any of the stockings, they show one side printed and the other blank.

Why am I doing Christmas in APRIL? That's what happens when you get optimize messages and end up down a rabbit hole. . .

p.s. Any text or design is off-center on the store view vs. the design view as well.

Same for mine.  Backside is plain white when it shouldn't be.  Front is showing text and images off-center.  Thanks for bringing to our attention.

Yes, and to make it stranger, click on any stocking that looks centered and it will shift. You don't have to change anything, just click on Personalize and the view will instantly make everything look as if it has shifted to the right. You can't see the reverse side image at all. I believe they will print correctly, but as a customer, I'd be leery of these two issues!

@LakeEffects

Hopefully they'll fix it before christmas (or at least give everyone the opportunity to go in and edit without losing stats)

It could be an indexing thing and it may correct itself over the next few days. Have to wait and see what they say

Hopefully! And yes, now someone can take a look at it.

Besides the centering problem, I’m not impressed with the new Zazzle in-situ mock-up. I know that it’s supposed to look like it’s hanging on a fireplace, but it looks like a big, empty black space. That won’t attract buyers. That in-situ photo needs to be replaced in addition to fixing the centering issue.

@Jadendreamer13  Thanks for the feedback of my fireplace mockup - it's not a zazzle in-situ mockup - it's mine

Oh, Sara, my sincere apologies!
