Collection Sort Tool is glitching

The collection sort is moving products around at random. This has happened previously - was fixed for a good while - but it is glitching again. I arranged my products using the "manage custom - product ungrouped sort", saved it, checked it and the order was totally jumbled. Tried it a few times to no avail.

It does help the tech team if you can link to the collection that's misbehaving what sort of collection is it -  cross sell? Gift? Similar styles?

What you see in the edit screen is not necessarily what the collection looks like - have you viewed the collection after your edits via the top right 'view on zazzle'

Have you set the sort order to be recommended or custom ungrouped?

(top right in the marketplace/your stores tabs)

Am sure once you give the Tech Team enough information - they'll investigate it for you

Sara they are jumping around while you're trying to reorder them. They won't stick just after placing a handle of them they start to jump around, over and over and over again. So there's no way to reorder them and I'm in a Similar Style/Theme collection and it's happening to all of my collections, with it set to Custom Ungrouped. The only other option is Recommended.

@Leeze Once you've reordered them in the edit collection - click the view collection and see if it's sticks (top right)

It could be an apple/safari issue that it won't stick in the edit collection screen but it's the front end of the collection that counts

(I'm on windows so can't really test - make sure you've no browser extensions/adblockers that could be messing with it)

If it continues to be an issue - make a new thread explaining your steps, browser version and link to the troublesome collection and am sure the tech team will look at it for you

The collection in question is this one: https://www.zazzle.com/collections/very_merry_christmas_holiday_collection-119982614444907406 The sort tool was working fine this morning on other collections, but then I tried to move things around in this one it all randomized. Yes, my collection is set to display "custom - grouped" in my store, and yes, I checked it from the customer view as well as the store editor view. I even checked it logged out, and it is displaying quite out of order.

Oh my, it seems to have happened to another collection, and I wasn't even trying to reorder/sort this one so I'm not sure why, but a few products moved around in this one too. https://www.zazzle.com/collections/retro_boho_minimalist_christmas_holiday_collection-11921086150353...  Both affected collections are cross sell Christmas collections, if that factors in. Thanks in advance, team.

Your collections look fine to me. Perhaps try opening an incognito browser window and viewing the collection there. It's possible that your web browser has cached the view and isn't updating properly.

I am having the same problem and it's been happening for quite a while now. If you try to reorder they jump around and don't stick. The Collection is a Similar Style/Theme and I'm using Safari. I see this issue has been around for awhile. Can someone please look into this and let us know if it's being looked at. Thank you.

Where do they not stick, exactly? Are you rearranging them, then refreshing the page, and noticing that the changes havent stuck? Or are you rearranging products, then clicking on the View on Zazzle link, and noticing that the ordering hasn't updated properly?

If you can share an example collection I'll take a look.

Is there some way I can forward the video to you so you can see what's happening? It seems to be happening with all of my Similar Style/Theme collections. Thank you.
