Collection views not registering views

Hello, I am wondering if anyone else is having issues with product views and/or collection views. I have been noticing this for a few weeks now. And am really concerned, I am wondering if the problem or if there is a glitch somewhere hindering my products from being seen. For the first two weeks in Nov., my sales were less than what they were at this time last year, Which makes no sense, I worked extremely hard and long hours getting my Holiday collections updated, have more products, and am promoting more, videos, etc. So nothing makes sense.

Since around the 9th Nov, product views on my side are all showing zero for 99% of products since then. A few days ago I also read about product views and chart not aligning at all for weeks now for a great majority of products. Until 2 days ago the graph was flat for a great % of products which I checked randomly. As I write there are products that still flatline in the graph, or show no views, yet the view counter on product page shows different count. For some of the products I know they have been viewed but it doesnt show up.
I feel the same as you, so much work has been put in and it leaves one disheartened when these issues remain. And I'm a newbie. So much more to do to get the store in shape for the season, but without accurate simple basic data you work in the dark.

OK Views are working for me again now, I would check yours again,. I believe the New Collections update (as with anything), has had a few bumps, however, The Zazzle team has been really good about being on top of the situation, I would keep checking.
