All Collection's Stats at 0

I guess the stats are broken because it's been this way for a week now in every single collection- 0 Views 0 CTR 0 Orders and -100%.

@Missstacey I've noticed that too. Some have one or two views (likely myself 😁) , but most none. Happened since the Great Collection Downgrade. I don't think it's the stats unfortunately.

Same. Even my most popular one is at zero right now despite the items selling almost daily.

Should be good now.

@Scott Can you please check on the Product Insites as well?  They show 0 views and sales even though i know that's not correct.

Awesome, thank you @Scott

Hello,
I’ve noticed that once again, all of my collection stats have reset to 0. This has been happening repeatedly, and it’s becoming very concerning. Over the past year, there seem to be constant technical issues affecting my store.
Please help resolve this or refresh the data if necessary.

Thank you for your attention.

You have 200+ collections. Can you provide some examples of collections that are not behaving as you'd expect?

PrettyHouse

Yes, and they all look like that.0%.png

This is not fixed. All collections look like @PrettyHouse showed (at least for me).

I spoke with engineering recently about this, and they weren't able to find any issues. Please remember that these statistics reflect user engagement for the collection itself. For example, a user might open a product page, and then scroll down to the collection pod and click on a product from there, and then place an order. In that case, the statistics would reflect that behavior. These statistics are not intended to reflect the performance of the products within the collection.

I think most of us do understand that it reflects the collection's performance, not the product's performance. What I find incredibly hard to believe that every single one of the collections that were consistently showing 30+ views and different CTR's and orders throughout the year are all showing 0's right now. And, once the issue was fixed last time, the stats went back to normal and were different within each collection.
