Collections seemingly completely broken

I'm having multiple problems with Collections today:
- I've created a new, empty collection. When I look in "My Stuff" it consistently says I don't have any collections. But if I click "start new collection", I see the empty collection is there.
- I'm unable to add anything to the collection I created. There's no "three horizontal lines" menu anywhere on any product, as the documentation describes.
It doesn't seem like Collections should be this difficult or this dysfunctional; I'm only trying to do the most basic, fundamental things, and they simply don't work at all beyond creating an empty one, which is of course completely worthless.

@spatula I don't know if you are looking at old documentation.
Adding a product to a collection.
From the back-end of your store where you see your existing products, decide on which product/s you want to add to the collection. (you can checkmark several items to add all at once).
Click on the ACTIONS beneath one of the chosen products
Choose ADD TO COLLECTION from the drop-down
Check mark the existing collection you wish to add to (or "create a new collection" at the bottom)
As soon as you place a check -mark next to the collection a window will open up in lower left of your screen to notify that the item/s have been placed in the collection.
Adding from the PRODUCT PAGE
At the top of the page is a gray bar with several action, ADD TO COLLECTION is in the middle. Click this and your collections list will appear. Continue as above.
Good Luck!

I can't even find a way to add a product to a store. I'm able to create/customize a design just fine, but it just goes into a selection of saved designs in "My Stuff", with no way to indicate that it belongs in a store and no obvious way to move it there after creating it.

Are you actually publishing these products for sale? I only have one store, so maybe it's different if you have more, but for me there is no "adding the product to a store." I simple publish it for sale and it appears in my store.

If you have more than one store, when you post the product for sale you have to select the correct store from the drop down list of stores that is right under where you set the 'Store Category'.

If I try "Create new product" from inside the store, it allows me to customize a design, but then it just wants to add it to a cart for me to purchase, which is obviously not what I'm trying to do. This is what I get when I click "Sell it":

Hi @spatula currently for some t-shirts you have to select a size before the Sell it option appears. It hasn’t always been that way, but for now is the way to go. Hope this helps.

Just to double check.... are you still logged in? Zazzle cookies are pretty powerful... I thought I was logged in the other day but after realizing I could not find the "notification bell" in the upper right corner as usual I checked and I was not actually logged in. I was able to perform other functions oddly but this is just a heads up for you
