Entire Collection has disappeared

I'm hoping someone can tell me what's going on. I've had a collection of coffee cups that I created for a long time. It was one of my first collections I think.  The entire collection has suddenly completely disappeared. This has happened previously with another collection, but it came back on its own after a few days. But this one has been gone for quite awhile now.  I've seen that people have had trouble with a few products disappearing and occasionally in a new collection but not an entire large existing collection.  Would appreciate some help with figuring this out.

@digizazzleit it will help the Tech Team if you can give as much information (name of collection for example) 

I can see this collection of coffee mugs on your store front -https://www.zazzle.com/collections/christmas_mugs-119024921299433841 is it a different one that's missing? (found it using the search term mugs)

@digizazzleit  What @Sara_H  says and also you could try to access a product page from one of the products in the collection and see if the collection shows up under the product
