Color Printing Issues

I was just contacted by a customer who had purchased my place cards.  She said the background was green instead of the yellow that was shown.  I have sold these cards several times, and no one has ever told me they didn't print properly.   Here is a link if that will help:   Wedding Place Cards

Wondering which paper the customer chose. I've been working with a customer on color matching problems, and we've pretty much determined that everything printed on semi-gloss paper is getting color shifted to the blue side of the spectrum. https://community.zazzle.com/t5/ask-a-question/color-matching-problem-could-the-paper-be-the-issue/m...

I'm waiting on her reply as to which type of paper she chose. That could be the issue.  I really hope it gets figured out quickly.

@TSUTTLESDESIGNS Just wanted to let you know that @StarvingArtist just posted an image of some paper samples she ordered and the difference between the papers is striking and interesting. You might want to check it out: https://community.zazzle.com/t5/ask-a-question/color-matching-problem-could-the-paper-be-the-issue/m...
