Sounds like the cover images are into "quiet quitting" esp since it's the weekend... Message to 'cover images', you are replaceable, you realize....(pun intended)
I checked the design that would not load the image yesterday (I tried at least 4 or 5 times). It has loaded today. I thought I would include the link in case it would be helpful. I was careful that I followed each step appropriately, it must have been a "hiccup," (or God looking after me and trying to tell me to quit working since I am sick??!!)
