Current total balance has not cleared yet ?

Today is November 6th my current total balance has not cleared yet. Does anyone else have this problem? 🤔

I have seen @James respond today in the 'verify account' thread, so wondering why no answers provided here as this pertains to designers getting paid their earnings. 

Does this have anything to do with the 'verify account' notifications? I keep getting them. There is nothing for me to verify. None of my information has changed.

There are at least 3 different threads on this, one is dated November 5th, and yet there has been no response from Zazzle in any of them. As I said in the general thread, if this was happening to everyone then more people would be in these threads asking for answers. Can anyone chime in if their earnings balance for this month HAS been cleared?

My guess is that it's more widespread than the threads would indicate, the reason being that the forums have been extremely quiet as if people are busy elsewhere doing other things and haven't noticed the overdue debit in their earnings. All we can hope is that Zazzle has noticed it. If they have, even a non-explanatory comment would be appreciated.

Yes that is possible, and a few more have chimed in now. I would like an explanatory comment from Zazzle though - as in, "it's a glitch, it will be fixed shortly and you will be paid on time".

Mine has not moved to pending as of now, but I was waiting a bit since the 3rd was a Sunday. Hopefully it won't affect payouts being on time.

Hi Malissa, hopefully that is all it is. I have never not been paid by Zazzle so I hope it is just some glitch

Mine has not cleared, in fact is shows $0.00*** , as if it it tried to clear and failed. This has happened month after month with me having to consistently contact Zazzle for the error to be manually overridden to be paid. It just recently started happening in July. I just hope, especially with it being the holidays, they clear the payments and do not rollover into next month payouts.

Due to the "glitch", I did not receive a payment in October. I was assured by Customer Care that I would receive payment in November. I still have $0 showing in my "pending". I reached out to Customer Care on Tuesday morning and have yet to receive a response.

It's normal if the payment is made on the 7th, but now I'm starting to think there may be some issues. I just hope it doesn't take them a month to fix it, especially with the holidays coming up ☃️

Hi all, while we generally place payments into a pending state at the start of the month, we really don't have this set in stone nor have we ever confirmed a date before the 15th of each month for this to happen. Delays happen for a number of reasons and as most of you can see now, they payments have gone in to pending. 😊
