Design changes pending review for months

I have a bottle label -- product ID 256651748789590762 -- that , in the back end and for months, has been grayed out with "Design changes pending review" written across it. It was published in August of 2017 without any changes after this but oddly claims having been modified in December of 2021, which is false. I never modified it. Could this error be corrected?

I have a Product ID: 256226619089272250 that has just started showing grayed out with "Design changes pending review" written across it. There have been no design changes made by me and It appears to have sold today.  Can this please be checked out. Thank you, JLW_photography

8/22/22:  Another product that has not had a design change (I do mot have the ability to edit existing designs for review or to sell as new) has the gray overlay and "Design changes pending review".  It is Product ID: 2562266190892722.  Thank you for your assistance.

Except for its brief hiatus from being under review, it's now many months that my bottle label -- product ID 256651748789590762 -- has been under review without cause.
