Design Tool Extremely Slow

Editing in design tool has been taking longer than usual. The graphic elements takes extremely long time to load, sometimes it just freezes and refuses to work. I am experiencing this problem in chrome and internet explorer both latest versions. The problem persists even after clearing cache and cookies. I have also checked on my phone running android with chrome. I have also restarted my computer multiple times. My internet is also working fine with 16 Mbps speed.

The website is working fine, I think the problem is with the design tool. Or is it just me experiencing this problem?

today this is happening to me.  I don't think it is my internet because everything else on the web is working fine.

We are experiencing issues with customized designs - both in the design tool and with displaying them on the Saved Designs page.

I have the same problem trying to make a calendar. It takes forever - very annoying.

Hi Everyone, 

I had the same issue on/off. Originally, I thought it might be my internet speed - but that is ok. Then I thought I might be too far away from the router...but I have a strong signal...so it's not that.

I've come to the conclusion that it might be because I am adding several photos to a design and perhaps the web tool cannot handle a lot of processing all at once so it needs more time to work. 

If anything it's teaching me to have patience. 

I wanted to add this to this thread just in case someone else is adding a lot of photos or big files to their design and thus experiencing freezing - it's more than likely that the tool cannot handle to process big files or a lot of files quickly. It will require more time between each time you have to move something. As an example, if you're adding photos and they're big sized files, you may have to wait longer for it to be moved where you want it to move. 

But if you're not doing this (dealing with a lot of photos or big files) then check your internet signal and if the signal is good, then check your bandwidth because it could be that you don't have high speed internet to be able to use a web app with other computer process running in the background.
