Help with error (Kinda long)

Everytime I list an item, I get a request error.

I still get the email when the product goes live, when I click the link, it takes me to it just fine. However they are not listed under my products, in my store, or anywhere else.

I have gone to a different computer and went to one of the products and I can see (not logged in) that it is still for sale.

I have been dealing with this issue for over a week. I have been trying to get support to help me but they just keep telling me that there is no error (user error) or that it just takes a bit to show up. If it takes a bit why can it be purchased but not to my account?

I have uploaded screenshots. I have tried about 40 times now with different designs, I have removed store, re-added it, I have done this on several computers, browsers, and cleared cache and cookies and tried again on them all. I am reaching out here since support will not help to see if anyone has a solution?

Thank you!!!Screenshot 2025-04-30 205738.jpgScreenshot 2025-05-06 184159.jpgScreenshot 2025-05-07 103537.jpg

I don't know what happened previously, but I see that you deleted a store and that limits my ability to help.

I logged into your account and used the Design Transfer tool to add this design to a new shirt, and then I published the design in your store. I left the design set to Direct-Only so that nobody can see it but you. Feel free to make changes to this design and republish and see if that helps: https://www.zazzle.com/dfggsedf_tri_blend_shirt-256944101999107390

If it doesn't help then update this discussion and I'll take another look.

You have posted the same shirt 3 times

 - it can take a week for products to appear on your store front as they have to index through the system and if you are a new store it can take longer while things set up behind the scene

They're definitely not attached to your store as you do not have the store name next to the title

when it is attached you'd see "by store name"

It could be the blank that you started off with "Bella+Canvas Women's Tri-blend T-Shirt" has some error and the fact that you used the same blank for the others, that error has passed onto them all

If you've been deleting them because they're not showing - you're not giving them time to reach your store front.

I would create just a Womens Basic T-Shirt, have patience while it works it way through the system then once it hits your store front, change the product merchandising to the one you like.

As a side note - you need to attach the collection to your store as it's showing your name instead of your store name.

Edit collection - Your Stores and tick box your store

then press save and wait

I am glad you can see that they are posted 3 times. Each one gave an error. I did get the email that they were available and could click the link but they would never attach to my store (not list my store name) even though it was working fine before. I ended up removing everything and attempting to restart.

I could also not connect my collection until just now. The button was always greyed out, but after posting the one Scott helped with, I was able to.

Thank you for the help!

I was able to post this from the link you gave me.

I did remove store, I was posting along just fine, then suddenly started getting the error. I panicked because it felt like the design was going to be sold without me being involved. Nothing I did fixed the error. I reached out, was given answers that made no sense to the problem.

So, what should I do with the multiples now? How can I clean it up for a fresh start minus the one you just helped me do?

Thank you SO MUCH.

I removed the duplicate product that I created in your store. We'll review the rest of the products that belonged to the deleted store.

Hey Scott, it just happened again. Same "request Error" when I posted. https://www.zazzle.com/things_do_not_happen_without_coffee_funny_caffeine_tri_blend_shirt-2560396095...

It is in my collection correctly, but my store name is not listed? I am sure it is user error but I cannot figure it out.

I have 5 variations of this shirt and am trying to get all five live.

Try this:

  1. log out
  2. clear your browser cache and cookies
  3. log back in
  4. go to this page: https://www.zazzle.com/custom
  5. pick your product
  6. customize the design and publish

Let me know if you still have issues.

Okay, so, I have to start fresh each time, I cannot just "edit design" then click sell it again. If I follow that link and start fresh it works. If I try to edit a design to change the color but have the same text, I get the error. (Following same flow, I edit, finish, click sell it, then submit it equals error) if i start fresh it works.

Also note, if I use the transfer design it also happens.

I used transfer design to see if that fixed it, and, it added to my collection but no store affiliation and error.

Of course I tried again with a NEW one following the link you gave me, and the error is back doing the new item too.

Happy to hear that you can start from scratch and still publish products. I would proceed in this manner until we are able to figure out what's going on with the rest of the 'bad' products. From here it looks like they're being added to your deleted store, which definitely shouldn't be happening.

When you post the product for sale, are you making sure that you select the correct store under "Store Category?"
