Design tool not loading

I have just finished editing an invitation, saved it and went to send to my fiance to "collaborate" when i went back to open it up the design tool will not load. I have done everything listed to fix the issue.
Is there a particular browser I should try using? Im using edge.

Its in collaboration mode. I have tried stopping the collaboration on my phone and in the app and it does not seem to want to. The person never rcvd their link either. I can open other projects without issue.
I have tried different browsers, different pcs, my phone, and the app. I CANNOT access this. I will just make my own in Photoshop at this point.

Also, early observations point to this being an issue on zazzle.ca, but not on zazzle.com. You're welcome to switch over to .com, which should allow you to open the design again so that you can get it edited. Just know that if you place an order on zazzle.com that the order will run through our normal (United States) site. Hopefully this will allow you to get up and running again.

Everything should be fixed now, so you should be able to use zazzle.ca to open that product just fine. Very sorry for the issues here.
