I got a strange sales notification the other day where instead of having my product/design name as usual, it said: "...Based on....." it. Today when I checked my royalty history listings I see it appears someone transferred the design to another product!? But I disabled the transfer function years ago (or at least I thought I did - I can no longer find where to check that in my settings).
Is this a glitch or can anyone transfer my designs now without my permission? And where in my settings can I check if the design transfer feature is disabled?
This is the info from my royalty history listing page:
Artellus
zazzle_print
Transferred to: zazzle_photoenlargement

Oh gosh thanks, I forgot there are two different pages with 'advanced settings', I was getting stuck on "My Account/Customize Home Page/Advanced Settings and I forgot I needed to access it from my "Stores" settings/advanced settings. I found it now! 🙃

It looks like the customer "transferred" the product from a print to a photoenlargement, which is essentially the same thing but with nicer paper. Doesn't look like they transferred the design to a shirt or baseball or anything like that.

Thanks Scott, I was able to confirm my "Design Transfer" setting is off. I don't sell a lot of paper prints which is probably why I've never had a case where a customer chose a different paper type, and so had never seen this sort of notice before. Glad the mystery is solved!
