Digital downloads option not showing

I've received a customer inquiry regarding the ability to download an invitation. Although the invite settings are configured to allow digital downloads, neither the customer nor I can see the download option. This issue also affects other invitations I'm selling. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

@AimeeMarie It's there I can see it - what browser are you using? (I'm firefox/windows)

I've just checked an invitation of mine and the option is showing under the Choose your Format dropdown

If you link to the product that misbehaving - am sure the Tech Team can investigate it

 

There are some blanks that don't offer digital downloads

I’m going to be really embarrassed if it’s there and I just can’t see it!

Oh wow!! Thank you for looking. Just checked, it’s working on Chrome for me. Safari is what I usually use and where downloads aren’t showing up. Will ask the customer to change browsers for now and tech team is this something you can check?

@Pádraig I am also having this issue with a customer right now.  I can see it on my iphone (safari) and Mac (chrome) but she cannot see the option on her phone for the same exact item.  But she is on an iPhone too....  Below are the screenshots from me and hers.
