Direct Link Designs Have Disappeared

Hi Everyone, I've been working on designs for a customer all week. She finally managed to work out how to navigate the zazzle platform and placed her order yesterday. Today I noticed all the products I sent her direct links to, have disappeared off my back end. My concern is that if the order is queued up for printing the design isn't there for the factory to print. Was hoping it was just something that happened automatically as each order is printed. I keep racking my brains to think did I delete them! 99% sure I didn't. Logically zazzle would have reached out to me yesterday if design was missing when it went to print. I was so excited when the customer reached out as it was my first customer request. It was so stressful, I'll be careful what I wish for in the future lol. I have messaged zazzle but they don't answer at weekends. Thanks In advance, Sue

Hey @Sue67,
Sorry to hear about this issue. Even if the design is deleted from the customer's account or your store, it can still be printed for that specific order.
I would ask that you double-check your store backend for your direct-only products, as the filter may be hiding them from you.
