Display Issues

Is Zazzle having technical problems today.  Many images are missing.  Words are there, but no pictures.  The display is really messed up.  Zazzle? or my compuer?

I was thinking the same thing. I "edit" a design, click "sell it", and the product page has, sometimes, 1 or 2 missing images. I click refresh on the browser. No change. I re-paste the URL (using a non-logged in browser to see it as a customer would), then it usually works. I suspect their servers (alwayyyyyys their servers) were not pulling and serving up images in a timely manner. I also suspect Zazzle need new computer servers, new processors, and fiber optic connections. We make more money. They make more money and spend way less time having to "fix" things. A win-win-win! 🙂

I attribute it to the site just being slow. With all the new stuff and many cover photos the server might be overloaded.

I wonder how much they invest in upgrades annually to keep up with or stay ahead of demand? The more merchants/creators make products, the more people shop online, the greater the burden on the computers and software. All the issues and problems reported on here and directly to support should be 90% less.
