Downloads for Mockups blurry

Today the downloads for mockups are really blurry. I've tried several views but they all download the same poor quality. I've been making mockups for a month. This is the first time I have experienced this problem. Help!

I noticed that yesterday. They were blurry and the colors were washed out.
