earnings history not updating

As of this evening, 4/7 pacific time, it looks like both earnings histories are not updating. The Summary counter is working, but both Royalty History & History (under Summary) are not showing my updated sales. 

I feel like I'm working blind here. Between views not updating & now not being able to see what I've sold, especially at what royalty & if it's 3rd party or not, is so unhelpful. Because of this, I'm not able to make educated decisions on how to move forward with changing my royalties & seeing if I made the correct decision for my store before I need to finalize everything by the 15th. Seems like things are getting more challenging by the day. (And all I want to do is be creative & design new products, which I can't because I'm currently dealing with yet additional, extra work & roadblocks.) Please fix!

You beat me to it.  So we can’t see what’s sold or the earnings hit we’ve incurred since the 4/1 change. 🙄

Same. I can see the alert and the summary, but not on the royalties page.

UPDATE: 4/7 10:15pm pst

Now History, under Earnings Summary, is working again. So at least that's something.

@Marcia I'm still seeing a discrepancy between the notifications and the earnings list. However:  it looks like the view stats are working again (for now) 🙏

not working for me either. as of last evening you could still see what sold by going into royalty by product and narrowing to today's date... but we shouldn't have to be doing those extra steps

You all do realize that we've been told they're enhancing the earnings reports right? You have to remember this usually means something goes wonky in the functionality of the site before we get new toys.

Was figuring that – but hopefully the improvements really WILL be improvements for us – these days it's not so cut & dry!

it's probably something to do with the "improvements coming soon"

They could be working behind the scenes on "enhancing" our earning reports

You can still see some info on what's sold (change the time period) under Royalty by Product (find it just above Royalty History)

I've found I need to change the amount shown from 25 to 100 (and then from 100 to 50 or 25, etc.) for it to update (rather than refreshing the page). Hope that works for you.

@Laura thanks, I know. But if you have multiple sales on a single product, it's sometimes not so easy to decipher what's what.

That's why I mentioned "some info". I realize that. I'm sure it's only temporary and eventually we'll see everything when the royalty history starts updating again.

Glad to see this discussion here - my Royalty History hasn't been updated in over 24 hours, but the Referral History is working just fine. Hope this gets fixed soon!

I am currently experiencing the same issue. It appears that the "Royalty History" report is the only one that is not updating.

 

Please refer to the attached screenshot for the most recent example.

 

These recent sales do appear in the "Earnings History" and "Royalty by Product" reports on the accounting side, as well as on the backend Products page when sorted by "Last Sold Date" and "Qty Sold."

 

I am uncertain whether this is related to the upcoming improvements in reporting Earnings associated with the updated Terms of Use. For what it is worth, I concur with Marcia that the Royalty History is my primary go-to report due to the details and insights it provides.
