Hi. I received a notification last night regarding a sale for a downloadable item — but it hadn’t shown up in my earnings history so I thought maybe it was just taking some time or it was cancelled. Woke up this morning and the same is still not reflecting in my earnings history — but I received an email letting me know about the sale and what the royalty was. Thank you tech team for your help!

Fiona, this seems to have happened to many creators, I being one of the many who are reporting no sales showing in Earnings History.

Hi - same here - had overnight sale - showing in Earnings History but not showing up in Royalty Reports -> Royalty History.

If you search by date under Royalty by Product - they appear there but there not showing up where they should under Royalty History.

Same thing, since last night. My last sale of the evening didn't record in "royalty history", but showed up in "history". This morning, counter/total of "summary" is correct, as is "history", & "royalty by product" if you drill down to today's date. But "royalty history" is still not working. (So far 4 sales are missing.) Please fix. I depend on this additional detailed info.

The overall feed on the app is updating, but the royalty feed has not updated since the evening of 6/1.

The notification bell is next to the chat button, up in the right corner, when you're logged in. I did see other post, that said their notifications were not working or showing up. It looks like a bell, so I wasn't sure what else to call it.

I can see sales in the earnings history and earnings summery seems to update accordingly as well, but nothing is showing up in the royalty history since last night.

Sales from yesterday(6/1) are not showing up, but had 1 today that is showing up. It's like it just skipped yesterday.

Sorry, I was mistaken because there were 2 sales of the same item. I am missing a sale from yesterday 6/1 but the other one is showing up.

same here ... all 6 sales I've made today aren't showing in Royalty History.

this is highly unusual. problems with this report are usually resolved in a few hours!

I have the same issue. Nothing shows up for the sales of 6/2 under Royalty History. It's also missing 2 sales after 7:54pm Thursday, 6/1.

This problem still exists for me today- sales not showing for 6/2 or for today, 6/3.

The Earnings app does show the sales under "Overall", but nothing shows up when I swipe to "Royalty". "Referrals" do show the referral.

It appears to be showing up correctly in the totals and referrals, just not the individual item in the royalties.

I came to see if anyone else was experiencing the no sales issue in royalty history.. I see I’m not alone.. I haven’t had a sale show up in royalty history since 8pm June 1.. none of my sales yesterday or today have shown up as of yet.. they’re in earnings history and the ones with referrals in referrals history.. just not in royalties.. hope this gets fixed soon.

Hi, I also have the same problem. I got four notification of sales, 2 of that for the same product. This was fore June 2nd. None of that is showing in royalty history. It does show in earnings history, or royalty by product, if I set the custom date for June 2nd. Still, agreed it is very inconvenient to track sales this way.

Just adding my reply that I'm having the same issue - last sale in Royalty history was on 6/1, but the notification bell & my earnings history show sales since then.
