Earnings notification not showing up in earnings history

Hi. I received a notification last night regarding a sale for a downloadable item — but it hadn’t shown up in my earnings history so I thought maybe it was just taking some time or it was cancelled. Woke up this morning and the same is still not reflecting in my earnings history — but I  received an email letting me know about the sale and what the royalty was. Thank you tech team for your help!

Just to add to the pot it's still not working. It was the views not working for over a week, they got that fixed and the next day sales started not showing up. Wonder if its related?

Same issue with me. I have not seen any sales since 6/1/2023 in the Royalty History. Though Notifications is showing differently. The Royalty by Product shows that there have been sales every day. This was an issue a couple of years ago and I was one of the creators it happened to then as well.


I wonder if @Scott will see this and help us out.

My last two sales are not showing up in royalty history, nor have I received email notifications for the sales, and only one shows up in my Zazzle bell notifications. Another issue: several days ago I bought something from myself but the listing shows it was never printed. I was told by Zazzle it was lost in the mail. : (

Same for me, I am seeing sales notifications but they aren't showing in sales history.  I'd also appreciate this get fixed

Hi, same issue. My sales are not showing up since 1st of June in sales history but I do see notifications.

My sales were showing up in Royalty by Product consistently, but not today.  2 sales are not showing up today.  The rest of my sales have, but not those two.  There haven't been cancellations.  This is a new problem for me.  Anyone else?

Never mind.  If someone buys several of one product, earnings history shows each one.  Royalty by Product doesn't.  Something to learn every day!

It seems my Royalty History hasn't updated since 6/1/2023. Earnings History appears to work fine.

Same issue here - my stores home pages show "lates products sold" but they are not updating in the royalty history page...nothing since 6/1.

Same here not working 😪 However, you can scroll in notifications to see sales as well as the other things going on 😁. But I do hope it get fixed soon... sending good vibes to the Zazzle tech team to sort this out 💞

Same here.  I've had sales for the last 3 days, but they're not showing up on my Earnings yet.

Same issue. When I click on the item sale under Notifications it shows the Royalty page...where that sale is not listed.

Not working here either - I'm receiving notifications about sales and referrals are showing up, but nothing is appearing in royalty history.

I'm having the same problem. I can see new sales coming in via the 'earnings summary' but the royalty history hasn't updated since the 1st of June.

Is there a separate thread with an answer by the techs or mods?

Perhaps an ETA on the fix, the issue is currently being worked on, 'did you try turning it off and on again' or anything like that?

not the first time this has happened and each time they have been able to resolve the issue but I have to admit it's thrown me out of my routine and seeing sales come in real time really motivates me and inspires me

Absolutely. It is hard to drink morning coffee without sales data to wash it down. I can see what I sold, using the app. But I miss the other data. It was hard to fall asleep too.

I am having the same issue. My sales are in notifications but not royalty or referral history. 

ALSO, I had a substantial amount of cleared earnings on Friday and fully expected to be paid that amount in June. Instead, on Saturday when the royalty and referral histories stopped updating, my earnings for June payment went all the way down to $135.00 and has not changed.

Yes, the page will be slowly getting back to normal. It may take about a day before the data is back up-to-date.
