Earnings summary & Royalty History not syncing

Hi,

In my earning summary I see the number of sales increasing, but when I go to royalty history, this does not reflect. I've just been experiencing it for 1-2 days, currently I saw the earning summary increase by 4 while royalty history remained unchanged. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Is this a syncing issue perhaps? I know not much time has passed but the changes in royalty history usually reflect right away.

My store is: https://www.zazzle.com/store/creativeclub

Thanks in advance.

Hi, are you in the Promoter Program? If so, your number of sales will increase with no royalty if you made a referral sale of a product that wasn't your own. Keep track of your referral number of sales and it may become more apparent when this happens.

If you're not in the Promoter Program then I don't have an explanation...

Thanks Laura. I am in the program, but my referral history has not changed either. Not sure totally under what conditions that does change though....

@kgaspar Sometimes there is a lag from when you make a sale to them appearing on the Earnings History reports. (as well as appearing in Royalty History reports too)

You can check under the Royalty Reports - Royalty by Product to see if you've got any sales for the day.

Change Time Period to today's date (custom date range) Copy end date to start date and press done.

If there are any sales for the date range you chose, they should show there.

As @Laura said - keep an eye on your Referral Reports totals - as that total will go up when you get those pesky $0 referrals if you're in the Promoter Program

Thank you, @Sara_H ! I actually do see 7 pending referrals with $0 total amounts. As I see pending referrals are created within the last 30 days and my last referral with an amount was April the 2nd. So I guess that would explain it? Probably got some of the $0 referrals in the last couple of days.

They may not be totally sync'd since they're two different processes that run independently of one another.

Thank you. To me they usually reflected at the same time. But based on the above it could be that the 0.$ referral was the reason.
