Edit details: Unsaved modifications

Hi! Yesterday I was trying to change the title, description and tags of one of my products and 24 hours later the changes still haven't happened. The only thing I update is the download option. Is it me for some reason or someone else has this problem? This morning I made a mistake with a title and I haven't been able to change it either.

Hi Mark! Sorry for the delay, but I didn't see the notification. It happens with these two products. I just made some changes from my mobile phone and they haven't saved either. One of them is new and I made it quick to get my mockup and design the cover photo and I forgot to change the title. The other is an old product that needed to be reviewed, I changed the title, description and tags by accessing from "edit details", I also changed to downloadable from the shortcut before entering "edit details", it may be an important detail, since it was the single change saved. In both cases there were no errors and the message accepting the changes appeared. I saw that they had not been produced when I added the covers. I do not speak English well and I have used a translator, which may not be very accurate, so I hope you can understand my explanation well. I have also already reported the problem. So, you're suggesting that it saves changes when you perform them yourself? I'm unable to execute this, even right after creating the product. If I make an error, I have to duplicate the product and delete the previous one. Pinpointing a specific context is difficult because I can't discern any consistent pattern; it seems to be related only to text elements like titles, tags, and descriptions. However, if I attempt to modify the category, it does save the changes. Strangely, altering both the description and the category saves the category but not the new text. It's indeed a perplexing issue

Hi @Mark! Thanks for your response. I've made a small video, but on the mobile version, I can't upload it to the forum. For some reason, not all icons are showing up. My computer is in the process of being replaced because Black Friday has brought a lovely new computer to my home 🫢, which will be ready in a few days. Perhaps I can send it in some other way?
