Not getting notifications for chat messages waiting an answer.. happened twice this morning already - I have not changed any settings

I had the same issue and submitted to support. Got a reply that it was fixed,... it wasn't. I just kept re-submitting using the same email because it now had a case number. I did this about 3 times and voila it is fixed now. Thank goodness !
