Not sure if you've already done so, but here's what I learned:
Be sure to check the recommended sizes for each image. Hover over the area I highlighted and there will appear the required information for the exact sizes. I had to go back and change several of my enclosure cards. They need to be 3.5x5, the horizontal and vertical. I hope this helps.
