Error message when creating paper ornaments

It seems like it only happens when "snowflake" shape is selected.
After creating the product (new paper ornaments) there's an error message when showing the product's page:

I'm seeing this error, also, on the Snowflake option for the new Ornament Card. I had hoped I could temporarily resolve it on my design by switching to the Scalloped shape, but this apparently isn't an option for an ornament card after posting.
If this is a known issue, it would be helpful to get an ETA on fixing. If the issue might take some time to resolve, Zazzle designers should also be made aware before they create more.
Thanks for posting this, because I was afraid it was an issue with my shop and potentially with more designs, but it appears to be with this particular design option. Thanks in advance to anyone who has insight or more info.

Create the product in the "snowflake" shape > Post it > Go to the products page and click on the ornament (it will show that error message I posted in the OP).
Still happening today.

I am seeing the same thing - Error on Snowflake - OK on Scallops.
Transferring from the original (error) product also brings up an error ....

Engineering is aware of the issue.
To clarify a bit: this issue impacts only some combinations of the product type. That's why only some users are impacted by the issue.
