Error message when publishing design with Adobe Design to Print

  • Yesterday and today I get this error when I attempt to publish a design using the Adobe Design to Print Photoshop plugin: “error in fetching information from service provider.”
  • My internet is running fine.
  • I update Photoshop to the latest version
  • I deinstalled then reinstalled the Adobe Design to Print plug-in.
  • I reset my network
  • I rebooted my computer.

I’ve tried every trick in the book, but I have not been able to resolve the problem

What am I missing?

Hi @Jadendreamer13,

I have passed this on to the team in case it is an issue on our end. Thanks for flagging.

I don't use that plugin in my Photoshop, but I still researched using your error message, took awhile  but this is the only post I found that even comes close to solving your problem. Note the remark about white listing adobe networks.
It's an old post, but may be useful to you. Please let me know if it works, curious.

confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading,
http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html
do you see both logos?if you can and still see a connection error, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html

Thank you for your help. I tried all the recommendations in the links you provided, but my problem is still ongoing.

Thank you. This issue is still ongoing. 😞

I am also encountering this issue for the last several days.  It happened on an invitation and on two different posters I have been working on.

Same problem here. Tried everything initial poster did and a few things more. Same error, same problem. Plugin is not publishing anything. Access to Adobe servers is working, Zazzle is working, problem must be in the plugin itself.

This issue is still ongoing. I believe this problem may have started after the latest auto update on Photoshop creative cloud. I think it could be an incompatibility issue.

On a side note, I am also having trouble with my Last Viewed option not updating. Could these two issues be related? One never knows, so I’m throwing it out there.

Just chiming in again to say this problem with Adobe Design to Print is still ongoing. I really miss being able to use this plugin. It is a real boost to my daily productivity. Also, while we're on the subject of the Adobe Design to Print app, is it possible for this app to be revised to reflect more product templates?

Hi @Jadendreamer13 ,

I have just reached out to our Team to see if we can get an update on this. Apologies for the delay.

It would be really great if team can look at it. I just updated plugin to new version and the error is exactly the same. It is still not publishing products. I contacted plugin devs but never got any answer 😞

I was hoping that this issue might be addressed by the Adobe Design to Create team while they were integrating the new in-situ pillow photos, but my hopes were dashed. The new pillow photos were there, but the Adobe Design to Print app still cannot find/connect to the Zazzle server.
