Follow up to many site IT issues: Request for zRank to be restored to its original state

Hi there. 

Due to the website issues where the system was reading as though there were no views or sales on my products for 9 days, my zrank dropped. This does impact marketplace visibility and therefore also impacts sales. Given that this dropped during a prolonged period of IT issues, should i expect this to restore itself on its own as the system catches up?

If not I would like to request this be reviewed and my original ranking restored as the website issues were a likely cause.

If this is not possible i would like more information as to how this ranking is calculated as my sales are better now than any other time since i joined the site (even not including Christmas).

The issues that you've mentioned were with how the number was displayed on-site. This is unrelated to the computational stuff that calculates the score. I can't speak to why your Zrank score may have dropped, but I'm happy to hear that you're having your best year here on Zazzle.
