I have a number of products where I've grouped images and then flipped or inverted the group. These products looked fine at the time I published them, and they still look fine on the main product page, however, when I enter the design tool the images within the group are all inverted and backwards.
Here are a few examples: Elegant Plum Purple Boho Roses Foil Wedding Foil Guest Book | Zazzle
Looks fine on the product page:
But when I enter the design tool the flowers & leaves on the bottom right look like this:
Same problem with this product:
Rustic Pinecones Love Thanks Photo & Note Wedding Thank You Card | Zazzle
I've been running into this problem a lot recently and the common thread here is that the images were all grouped and then I flipped & inverted the group. I'm sure there are more products with this problem, but I haven't uncovered them yet.
I'm not sure how to fix the problem. If I ungroup the images and rotate them in the design tool, then they look inverted on the product page! It's like they're in some weird state and I'm not sure if these products are going to print correctly or if the images are going to be inverted when they're printed.
Could someone please let me know if I need to delete these products and start over, or how I should handle this? Thanks!
ETA - here's another one that I just finished making: Blue Boho Roses Don't Take My Drink Wedding Paper Coaster | Zazzle This time I didn't use the flip/invert buttons on the group, instead I copied the group from the upper left hand corner, then with the copy I used the rotate function to rotate the group by 180 degrees. I edited the rotated group to re-arrange some of the images. Looked fine before publishing, then as soon as it was published I went in and checked it and boom! Crazy pants! Something about saving it seems to cause the problem, or at least it's not visible/apparent until you publish it.

Hi @Cat,
I'm very sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue here. Thanks for reporting it to us. I highlighted the issue with our engineers so we will investigate further and provide an update once more information is available.
Thank you for your patience!

OK - I have another data point that might be useful either for the tech team as they look into it or for anyone else experiencing this problem.
I tried again with the blue floral coaster but this time I copied the original group of images. Then I ungrouped the images in the copy but left them all selected. Then I rotated them as a group, rearranged them, and re-grouped them. I published the product and when I went back in to check it, it was fine. So apparently, the bug is triggered by applying a rotation or flip to grouped images.
Here's the new one: Blue Boho Roses Don't Take My Drink Wedding Paper Coaster | Zazzle
I left the original messed up design so tech can look at it, but I changed the title/metadata so I don't get confused, and I made it private: Blue Roses Messed Up Paper Coaster | Zazzle
I'll do the same with the other messed up products that I referenced in the original post.
