Grouping isn't working since 1 month

Our newest products are waiting to be grouped since the end of July.
3 months ago I sent to your team a lot of individual links and they grouped the items.
Please help again @zazzle.

I suspect they are not being grouped because you're not simply changing the colours, you're using different images in each item. You can't group products that use different images. (You're using images to give the background colours.)

These same design are usually grouped so this couldn't be the reason.

i'm not going to be in a position timewise to go through every product improperly grouped over the past several years. I have however previously submitted this information to the team in the past. Thank you for your inquiry.

For about a month now (give or take) I've noticed that NONE of my products are being grouped by color. Normally I don't have to actually put in the request, it just updates automatically but nothing has updated. I've put in multiple requests, I've waited and waited and waited. Nothing. Is anyone else having this issue?

For me it has been all of my wedding stationery products, which has been hundreds of products that haven't worked.

This is one example of an invitation with three colorways that weren't linked but it also hasn't worked for RSVP Cards, Enclosure Cards, Belly Bands, Address Labels, Round Stickers, Programs, Table Numbers and Menus. I have too many products in the past month that haven't worked to provide individual links. Would a link to the collections these items are in be better?

Yes. I have designed so that they should be auto grouped as only background color changed. After waiting 2 days I sent requests. I repeated the requests & almost a week later & still no grouping. Would be a great function if it worked.

I am having the same issue. Here is an example. I have several different colors available that I made with this product, and they are not grouping.

@Mark - Do we need to manually group our items now? I still have listings that have not grouped and they were created at the beginning of August.
