Notifictions not working?

Is it possible to check if my notification bell is working? I haven't received any type of notifications for 3 days.

Either someone fixed this very quickly or I was mistaken because I received a notification shortly after posting the question.

It’s slow right now, nothing compare to what I normally would receive (in my case). It seems maybe folks don’t publish as many items as usual? I had a couple sales though fortunately - one just last night after 2 am (a sleepless person in Colorado made me happy in the middle of the night and bought two baseball caps, smile).

Mom, I can relate! This month has been the slowest it's been for a couple of years. But hopefully it will pick up soon for both of us!

Not sure what this means. This is what appears when I click on the notifications bell. All my old notifications have disappeared.

Yicks. This is concerning. Maybe your account has been hacked? I just checked mine - all looks fine there.

As far as I can remember, I never got a welcome message when I first saw the notification bell.

This looks like a major reset. Perhaps new things are headed down the pipeline for the notification bell.

I hope you're correct! I'm not a newby, though. I've been on Zazzle for a few years.

@Linda_Elky_Ink oh yes. I recognize your name and your store -- you've got some really beautiful and inspirational designs!!!

(Incidentally, I also suffered a notification bell issue a year or two ago. the icon simply disappeared from my member account!)

@Linda_Elky_Ink that seems to be the unfortunate consensus for many of us Zazzlers lately. 😞

Hi Linda! I usually don't see any notifications when I'm on Firefox, but on my phone or Safari they're always there. Have you tried another browser?

Lea, thank you for the suggestion. I tried Chrome and it is working there! But I have been getting notifications on Firefox up until yesterday. It seems odd that it would suddenly stop working and that it hasn't been working for you, I assume for a long period of time.

Mark requested info about the browser, operating software and plugins that I'm using. I'm hoping there is a possible fix.

Oh that's crazy that they've always been there for you on Firefox! I'm just used to them not showing up so it's a nice surprise when I go to Safari and see them. It would drive me batty if they were always there and then not.

I get the same thing, its not working properly as I did get a couple sales today but no notification for them

Thank you to the Zazzle Technical team! They fixed the ability for me to receive notifications through Firefox!

@skip_s    It's slow (compare to the months and weeks before). I get my "Your video is ready!" within seconds and I also get collection notices, likes notifications, invitations to follow stores etc. as usual, just not in the quantities I'm used to. I'm using Firefox on Window.

Notifications missing since 8-24

It's very frustrating! I can only speak regarding my account, but the technical department replied yesterday with an email recognizing that there was a problem, that they were working on. They may not work on the weekends.
