Has this happened to anyone else?

I just got a message from a customer, alerting me that the logo template on a t-shirt that I have, wasn't working correctly. sure enough, when I went into the design tool, it was completely messed up! The PNG logo was cut up into parts, locked in a group, and then set as one template, so when the customer tried to change it to their own logo, they got 3 copies of it! And this is one that has had several sales, and I had to republish a new version and lose all my views and sales. (I couldn't "Replace Product" because the customer needs it now). I don't know what sort of gremlins got into Zazzle, but the template was correct when I posted it and other customers bought it, and it's a single flattened PNG image, so I don't know how on earth they broke it up into pieces! And it's not a new design- it's been on the marketplace for a year!

did you use blooming elegant as a font?

No, no Zazzle fonts at all. The words "your logo here" are built into the PNG file from fonts on my computer that I bought.
