Having an Issue With a Design not Publishing

I created two sets of paper plates, cups, and napkins featuring different jack o'lanterns. These are pictures of Jack o'Lanterns we carved long ago. We used these images until November 2018. We accidentally left one up on fabric. Since it was among our original designs, we had mentioned that it was a Polaroid photograph. It was eventually caught and deleted. This only involved one of the two jack o'lanterns. 

In the new products that I just tried to publish, I didn't mention Polaroid. They didn't publish but went to saved designs. It doesn't say they are being reviewed. I looked at the description and tags and removed the word jack o'lantern. It didn't make a difference. So, I thought it was an indexing issue. However, I just brought Baby Boo, the Ghostling out of mothballs and it published immediately. 

So, what is wrong with the jack o'lanterns? These are in MarBeth Holidays.

I cannot locate the designs in your account. Can you specify which designs you are referring to or provide a screenshot?

They are in my saved designs. I have the URLs for them when I click on them in saved designs but are those public or private URLs. I don't want to post the URLs if it gives access to private areas.

EDIT. The products have now published themselves. There is still a version in saved as well.

The same problem just happened to me as well. I tried to publish a product and it went to the Saved Designs. I was able to edit the saved design but it still won't publish. How do I link to a product that won't save? Not sure how to give you any more info.

I figured it out. I went in and checked all the publishing information. The holiday category hadn't set. The store category was new products not Jack o'Lanterns.  However, most importantly, nothing was chosen in product visibility. I am so used that being set to public that I scroll past it.
