Image Search Is Having Issues

For the past couple of weeks I've noticed that when I search for images, I'm not getting a total result like I used to in the past.  For example, if I do a search for "Gold" all the images that have gold in the title are not being shown.  The same goes for other topics also.  I get "some" results but not the total like I used to.

Hi Roberta,

Just wanted to update you.  My Image Search is still not working up to snuff.  I've literally put in the exact title of a graphic and it doesn't show it.  So, I've got to waste time searching through all my images to find something I know is there, but won't pop up in the Search Image on the main images section, or search images in the design area.

Are you making sure you are on All Images and not in an album when searching? It's easy to forget that when you go to My Images it opens on the last album you were looking at not All Images (unless that happened to be the last thing) and if you search from inside an album it only searches that album. Likewise, make sure you haven't activated either of the filters for type or size.

I don't have Albums.  I've got just one huge listing of images.  I did check and I am using "all images" and I have my filter for .jpg and .png files, which are what all my images are.  I did a search for Christmas trees and only a few pop up.  I did a search for goldoval.png and that image doesn't even come up, and I used the exact title of the image.  There's something off.  It used to work just fine and suddenly for some reason the search just doesn't work.  It's like images suddenly went missing in my account and I've got to find them off-line and re-load them.  This takes forever when designing. :{

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear you're having issue here. The search bar appears to be working as expected on my side so I'm not sure what the issue may be. Can you provide a screenshot possibly of your Images page that displays the error when you search for goldoval.png for example?
