YES!! Thought I'd really screwed up something when I created it. The small views are all fine. Just the large one is messed up. Should be a large oval photo but there is only the top left part of it showing. I've tried everything to fix it to no avail. Product is at: https://www.zazzle.com/minimalist_black_and_white_two_photo_graduation_invitation-256660995647567419.

Yes, I noticed that on 2 of my business cards that I didn't have mockup photos for. When I went into the design tool, they were still fine. My solution was to put cover photos on both of them.

Yes, background art is not showing properly on mockups! This is happening on already established products and in the customizer when making new products this morning!! Really hoping for a quick resolution.

@JuleeLondon
FYI, I clicked on yourlink a few minutes ago, and the thumbnails all showed skewed designs.
however, I just clicked on it again about half a minute ago, and thumbnails and images are showing properly aligned.

Zazzle got back to me and basically said it had to do with my browser or cookies or something. I cant copy my email as I'm using my phone. Why then does does it only happen to a few images and not all. It also happens on my phone so this makes no sense to me

@MargPhoto I highly doubt that. That seems to be their standard answer for everything. Why would this happen all of a sudden & to random products then?

I just received another email from zazzle telling me how to clear my browsers after I sent them a link to this forum. I'm picking up my computer from the shop today and if it's still doing it there is no way it's my fault. All my products should look wierd if it's a browser problem

On some I can just change the main mockup view and it's ok except the specific mockup that's messed up still shows on the side bar. Found another one here and there is just no changing it https://www.zazzle.com/rodeo_brown_bull_skull_budget_save_the_date-256800651219944581

@Marcia here's the oddball thing I've noticed about a few of these affected PIDs (not all).
Profile of a Ring-Necked Pheasant Playing Cards | Zazzle
on this affected PID, if I click on the lower thumbnail it shows up properly. I'll click back on the top (affected) thumbnail, and the design shows as it's supposed it. but the moment I hit the Refresh button on my browser, the blank (empty) product re-appears again. it's like playing Whack-a-Mole. 😞

I clicked on your playing card link & the product views appear fine, even when I refresh. It definitely is like whack-a-mole. My worry is that potential customers are seeing this as well & then move on to another product that appears "correct".

@Marcia yes, because nothing says "don't buy me" faster than a blank design. 😞 and the fact that we can't do anything to remedy the situation is quite frustrating, to say the least.

That the issue is so rampant for so many demonstrates clearly it's a Zazzle issue. My friend works professionally in the computer field and she said, "any company that places the blame on you, your cache, your cookies or whatever, are just making an excuse. " Basically, if you can turn your computer off, then on again and still see the problem with Zazzle product, it's not your end.

Sorry Zazzle, but that excuse is garbage! This is happening to too many people and too many products under too many different circumstances. PLEASE fix this!

I noticed the same thing a week ago on a few of my Knobs that I had cropped my images. The product page has the items showing as blank. The image only shows on each separate item when I click on the item to preview it. I designed these items a few years ago. Has nothing to do with my browser, nothing has changed on my end. Note that a few other Knobs that I also cropped from my images back then are not affected.
These items are showing up as blank:
Product ID: 256125831579883669
Product ID: 256002743597110702
Product ID: 256091341916562714
I didn't get to look if any other items in my store are having a similar issue. Figured it's a glitch that'll be resolved hopefully soon.
Thanks

guess I should've posted here.
the weird thing is that when I go into the Design tool, the design hasn't disappeared ... it's there (or in a few cases, very heavily blurred/pixelated).
I can't even modify them to correct this problem, because the preview within the Zazzle tool isn't properly reflecting any of my changes to realign the design. the views on the product page are showing up as entirely blank or severely offset.
@Mark here are the affected PIDs (no modifications have been made by me to these PIDs for years) in one of my stores. they are pulling up as blanks, even though there are images that are correctly positioned when I look at them inside the Zazzle design tool:

A reply from zazzle tech team is greatly appreciated! We cannot fix this as we did not make any changes on our end and when we do go to edit to fix it, nothing is broken there
Thank You

@Scott this issue is affecting my outdoor area rugs, too. the design looks fine inside the design tool and on the design tool preview, but the moment I exit the design tool to publish, it's a huge white blank instead.

If you're experiencing this issue can you please share links to 5-10 products so that we can take a look? I appreciate the screenshots, but product IDs are more helpful at this point in time. Thanks in advance.

@Scott Here's a few:
256919133044206281 (tweaked & did replace product but it's still weird)
106276009114433804
256775648147308231
256733115871671696 (put a product mockup on it 3 days ago but when you click on product it's still bad)
256250923403900613 (put a product mockup on it 3 days ago but when you click on product it's still bad)
A good deal of my products have photo mockups on them so the mess-up is not apparent on 1st glance. Any rate, hope this helps.

Another skew issue I notice, is all my mugs in any Collection Thumbnail Views I might want to share are turned backwards in the Collection Share View so the design isn't facing the viewer. (though they are facing the right direction in the actual Collection with the design showing as desired.) See pic below--this is what is on my blog. Remember, the actual Collection is fine; it's the Collection thumbnail view of mugs that's messed up. At least 2 days for me now.

I have not noticed this in any back-end views or product page views, but did notice it on the page listing my Collections, and only for this one Collection.
The first two purple and orange products look like envelopes with return address labels in the upper left, but they're actually puzzles where the all-over-print design image is showing incorrectly as that small upper-left image.
