Insulated tumbler problem

I just created an insulated tumbler. When I try to view it the following message shows up instead of the item -

This product is unavailable due to one of the following reasons:

  • 1. You do not have access to the product
  • 2. The product ID is not valid
  • 3. The product was deleted by the independent creator
  • 4. The product was removed due to our Acceptable Content Guidelines and User Agreement

Please check this and respond.

If it is the new tumbler, it is only available in stainless steel, not in white. I started making them in white then they came up unavailable, now I just do them in the stainless steel. Add a white background if needed.

yup i had 74 of these and they have all been removed from sale, so assume zazzle dropped them?

Thank you for this solution. I was coming here to see if anyone else was having this issue.

It said stainless steel but the photo is the white one. 

I added a white background to designs created with the stainless steel tumbler, and unfortunately, I'm still getting the same problem as the OP.

I changed and saved the merchandising option to the water bottle in the backend until the issue can be resolved.

If I change it to the stainless steel and use a white background it works.

We have the same problem. All the new insulated tumblers are in our back store but when you click them it opens that error message.  The tumblers we made 1 week ago don't have that error.

Any updates on this issue? I get the same error message even when selecting the stainless steel ones. Something is clearly off here.

Yes, I now have all kinds of these. Even if the white is no longer available the product shouldn't be removed. 

So if I change it to this colour and style only, the error message goes away on some but not all

Made all new, all in stainless steel which are available in Marketplace but show in backend as discontinued?

Transferred white ones to stainless steel and now they say "discontinued product option". So I have to remake all those from scratch?

To change them (create new), open edit details on old one, change merchandising to stainless steel, (you need to actually select it even though its the only option). choose this color only. Save.  Open product once it refreshes, click on edit, (you may need to add a background color),  close and repost for sale.   

When creating you must select stainless steel from drop down menu even though its the only option or it won't change from white.

Your solution is spot on! I re-did all my 20oz tumblers yesterday evening following your instruction, and they are now all showing up correctly. Thank you.

Why are these being 100% deleted instead of hidden or with the message this style is not availble? I have some really old discontined products I kept in case the item ever returns and they still have a product listing. This is frustrating especially since they were just introduced. How were we to know one color would be dropped?
