Is there a lag in sales in royalty history?

Hello

I see sale notifications but sales are not showing in royalty history since 11:34 am, is there a lag? Is anyone else also experiencing this?

Mine started updating a little while ago.  Seems. Like the problem is fixed (for now). 🤞🏻

Yes.  I just got notifications via the bell that I made sales last night and today but then they are not appearing as sales in the royalty report.

If you go to 'royalty by product' instead of royalty history you can see the sales by individual date. 

Its something anyway...

Yes same here, hopefully the glitch will get sorted soon. I am still seeing sales via the bell icon. So that at least is some comfort 😃 Have a great day!

Similar problem since late yesterday. I am not sure that any of the amounts in the account area are going up other than the royalty products which is showing sales. On the plus side ( depending how you look at it ) pinks are being deducted properly. 🙂

Looks like the Royalty History isn't updating again.
Had a sale from 10:15 this morning that still hasn't posted to the Royalty History reports after more than an hour.

Earnings & Transactions and Royalty by Product reports have been updated correctly, though.
