Item stuck in old category

I'm re-organizing my store and moved all but one item to a new category. This item is stuck there. I've tried moving it to the new category but when I select it and click on 'Set Store Category' it shows that it is already in the new category. I've given it weeks, but still the same. Help please. Thanks!

@YiniC It helps the tech team if you give a link to the product that's misbehaving so that they can investigate

Moving between categories can take time especially when there's a backlog in indexing as a lot is happening behind the scenes. 

Mine normally take at least a week to move normally. It may take longer

@YiniC Am sure they will have a look for you. When did you create the new category? Has it cover a category thumbnail assigned? As I said earlier - indexing is super slow at the moment and new categories may even take longer to populate.

The indexing is three days behind which happens from time to time. This effects any changes you make to your store. As Sara has mentioned, it takes time and indexing is related to any updates to stores, new products and analytics Zazzle gives us.

Patience is the key.

I've been waiting for over about two months. I've moved the rest of the category successfully which was over a thousand items. Just this one item won't budge 😅.
