Public Products Not Showing For Customers

Hi, I am having a problem with my products showing for customers in my store. In the back end, items that are set to Public are not showing on the front end for customers. This is across many different sections in different stores in my account.

In the past I could give a product another chance by changing the status from Hidden to Public and it would indeed become Public to customers. But it has not worked like this for some time.

Some of these products were created as early as 2008 when I started with Zazzle. I am mostly trying to revive products that have sold in the past, and products that I would like to promote. I searched the forums for similar issues and all I could find were folks worried about products not showing up within 48 hours or a few days.

I have written to Zazzle support but I haven't heard anything since November and I was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? I posted about this back in November but didn't do a good job of explaining the problem. Hopefully this time it's more clear.

I too have been reviving old products. I have been here since 2005. I always make sure to change up my tags a little bit rather than simply hitting the "make public" button. This has worked to take all of my products out of hiding. (Although some I had to delete because I can draw and design a LOT better now than I could in my early days here. )
