Last Viewed Date Not Updating

Here we go again. My Last Viewed Date has not updated in two days. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Not updated in goodness knows how long.  I had been doing a lot of work on my zazzle stores last 2 weeks, but given up now and moved onto my other stores eleswhere, as it seems pointless here when I have no idea what is updated and what isn’t.

I'm experiencing the same. The data from the Zazzle view data does not match the google analytics data.

This has never been fixed.. I got tired of chasing it. At this point it's not worked since May. I now have thousands of new products that I know for certain have been viewed and reviewed but still show no views. Also, I now have daily products going red and hidden that I know I viewed and reviewed months ago but the system still won't register any of it so I have to go into each one every day now and make public again..

Same here, this hasn’t worked for ages, it's utterly infuriating. When I see people say it’s working again, I’m like ‘how’!!! Not worked for me for a long time.  It stops me from even bothering to work on Zazzle, as I have no idea what’s been viewed or not. Just red all over the place.  I check back every couple days to see if it’s working, but nope, still the same.

Back in for my twice weekly look at my products.  And yep, still broken.

Come on Zazzle, any chance of a fix? Just worthless spending time here when I have ZERO clue what is updated and viewed or not.

Yep, and the isse of seemingly endless items being ‘hidden’, with no accouning for time between views. Some things are geting hidden really quickly. 

Zazzle is just a bad joke at this point.

Bumping this one yet again.. Still not fixed and not a word from Zazzle. I now have products in red showing not viewed for over 18 months that I have most definitely viewed and edited. I have almost 5000 new products that still show never viewed. Come on, enough is enough, can somebody please at least acknowledge the problem? I know I'm not the only one having this issue. And please don't come back asking for yet more examples, it's ALL stores, and ALL products that are affected.

Do you have an adblocker? I found my own views stopped counting when I had the adblocker running, but they'd update in usual time (a day or so) if I turned it off and then clicked the products. This wasn't an issue in the past.

Annoyingly, it's only updating things I've done in the last couple of days so everything I've done in the past 8 months has counted for nothing which means it'll be months before I can get caught up again.

I just checked your Alan Harman Photography store and there's quite a few products that have been viewed in the last 24 hours.

I am having this issue now. When I click insights for products I can see views but on the last viewed and viewed, they are wrong. It makes me worry that if we do make sales or referrals  there will be a glitch with that and we won't get paid. Is that possible?

I've solved the issue with last view date by deleting the cookies. There are 4 or 5 month now and it works good. I didn't have any problem since then.

Yeah, I tried the same and still hasn't resolved. Even when I click on a product I know is getting a lot of views, it says 

"This item is trending!

28 people viewed this design"
In actual fact, many more have viewed it.
Here it says 78 people have viewed it.

Here it says 28 and last view date "2 days ago". I know that is not true also.

Then again here, 28 views

Will this effect the trending nature of it in the search results?

It is not the only product I have this issue with.

Is there a chance that sales are happening but not showing anywhere? I have 247 linkovers to my own products in the last 4 days but not a single sale. Maybe I just haven't sold anything but am worried that I have but it's not registering.

Feel like the same thing is happening to me. Not just that my views are down (even though I promote my store/products in my FB page and website), but i haven't had any sales either in over a month now.  😢

I'm now at over 2000 linkovers to my products and not a sniff at a sale. Also, in the short period that views were being recorded, I had a fair amount of them. Maybe my products are bad or not geared towards Zazzle's USP of customisable, but I would have thought if they are catching thousands of people's eyes enough to view them, I might have made 1 sale. There are 1 or 2 of my products that get the majority of these views but nothing.
