Product statistics (Last Viewed Date, Last Sold Date, etc) should be fixed now.

I have the same issue, meanwhile, I see users interacting with my products on my analytics page.

Same here. 

Experiencing the same thing here. Makes me feel rather anxious if this would be rectified anytime soon and if it would affect sales in anyway.

When the indexing for the site slows down, this effects our views counts, any store re-arranges we make and any analytics Zazzle gives us. It's all connected. 

This will not effect your sales in any way. Your products are still being seen in the MP and on your social media accounts.

I think I have the same problem too. And today sales stopped. Making me even more anxious if these technical issue is part of the reason.

I do sometimes think that Zazzle might need a bigger budget for their IT. They get there in the end though. I have an image of one 18 year old by themself in a small room with an old IBM computer and some cassette tapes, crying over a green and yellow screen,😂

I noticed that my last new product designs have 0 views plus are not public and have not been added to new products in Market Place...are your new products updating?  No new views in 5 days  However I am still getting products that need to be optimized and products that are updating to hidden status..  Is there any word on when the glitches will be fixed?

Experiencing this as well.  Views won't update.  New products still showing nothing for 3 days.  Also, in my summary the order numbers are updating to show the ones that have cleared but the dollar amount hasn't changed.

Same here. The figures between what has sold and the total appear out of sync. Plus the other factors.

Same here. No views, no new products showing up in shop...

Same here. Also my latest products sold on my home page have not changed for 4 days and ''Item sold'' in stats is not working for the same time which worries me quite a bit.

I have started a new post as my sales in "Royalty History" and "Earnings Summary" don't appear to match.

Same issue of views not updating for my shops. Seems to happen for my shops every several months, wish they would add some new servers. I messaged “Beth from Zazzle” with info ,no reply,

All the above issues same with me as well.  This includes products that need refreshed ( optimized). I recieve an alert for them but when I click on the list nothing is pulled up.

My views have not updated for past 5 days.  Users have interacted with my products and I am receiving likes.  The views are the issue once again.

We have the same problem. Last views 5 days ago. "Optimization needed" products didn't refresh since about that time too. We also have unusual amount of same day orders and cancelations. 😔

There are no "Last Viewed Date" for 5 days, there are no new designs on the marketplace since January 19. Sales are going very badly,.. 🤔

Something is definitely broken. I can understand delays of a couple of days or so for indexing, but now it's been an entire week since any updates. I have products that I changed categories for a week ago that still haven't shown up in those new categories, and no new views for 5 days?? 🤔

This is affecting most areas of the back end including the Last Sold sort - nothing has been updated since January 20th. Is there any update on when we will get access to up to date analytics again?

Zazzle really needs to do a maintenance on the server, in worst case scenario, they need to upgrade server now!.

Yeah! It's been 5 days now and we haven't heard anything convicing from Zazzle uptil now.

It's been about a week. Usually this issue is resolved in a few days, but having it continue this long is worrisome and seems to be indicative of a larger problem. It is also causing myself and apparently others to stop even trying to post anything new for sale, knowing it likely won't even show up in the indexing. Keeping up with the "moments planning" calendar for posting and promoting is quite difficult/impossible when new products are kept in limbo.

It is not uncommon for it to go on for weeks, with very few updates. It seems to happen at least once a year. Eventually most of the products show up. Sales go on though, and that is the most important thing. 

It would be nice if it was only once a year, but unfortunately it's more like several times a month now. If it's such a regular issue I would think that's an indicator that something is not working as it should be and a more permanent fix needs to be addressed.
