Message on Zazzle not appearing

Hi. I am receiving emails notifying me that i have a message on  Zazzle but when i click on chat to read it nothing is there. If i then click through on the link from the email notification it takes me to the chat page and the persons name now appears in the left bar but the message is blank.

This is the third one i have received in a week that is doing this. 

Can someone please take a look. Thank you

If the message is determined to be Spam we'll remove it from your chat listing.

I agree that it may be slightly confusing, but this is how the system works currently. In the future we hope to have things be a bit more seamless so that no notification is received at all.

I see they have popped up to the right of the screen. Thanks. I will wait for you to see my notes and will then delete them so as not to clutter the forum with duplicate queries.

Hi FAnthos. The message has been removed because it is spam. It is not from a client looking for assistance so there is nothing to do. I hope this helps.

If it is Spam and the message is not in my inbox, how can we block the Follower that sent the Spam?

I don't see any way to block a follower without the message?

I do wish if Zazzle has marked them as spam, that Zazzle's system would stop emailing me:

"Reminder: You have a message waiting on Zazzle"

No I don't have a message.
I cannot get to it, cannot see it, I cannot delete it, cannot block them if that is needed at all, I don't know if they are spam, and still get reminders for it?
