Two of my collections have disappeared. Like Little Bo Peep's Sheep, I don't know where to find them. Apparently, they were temporarily "hidden," but so are three other of my collections that are still showing as available for "unlocking." I have been unable to learn how to find those that are missing. Appreciate help.

Remember if you have not assigned them to a store they will only show on your Members Profile Collections tab.

I see 14 collections on your profile page, but fewer on the page of one of your stores. Can you see all the collections on your profile page?

Yes, they are all there. Another respondent mentioned assigning them to a store. Not sure how to do that but am pursuing that option now.

Yes, all of my collections can be seen on my profile page. Now I am wondering how to assign them to the store where I thought they were created in the first place. BTW, I only have one store on Zazzle. Thanks for your help.

All there. Now, why do they not show up on the only store I have on Zazzle -- and the one where I thought they were created in the first place?

You can set each collection to show up in certain stores. Open collection. Click edit collection. Put checkmark in the stores you want in the Visible in Stores area.

I've been having the same issue. I have even re-made the collections and they still aren't showing up. They should at least show up on the backend, even if the store wasn't chosen right? I have created a collection twice for one of my most popular Christmas cards and it's not showing. I just re-created it this morning and I can't even see it on the back end.

I am having the same problem, however, I did update my collections by moving Valentine's Day to the top. I lost 100 collections (the update was 3 days ago) when can I expect them to reappear?
