Mouse Pointer Disappearing

This is a bit of a weird one.

Each time I come on to a Zazzle page/website, my mouse pointer disappears for about 20 seconds. I have to fiddle around clicking onto another site until it reappears.

It doesn't seem to happen with any other sites, and it appears to happen just after I've hovered over the enlarge the image area of a design.

I use an infra red mouse on a laptop using Windows 10, on Chrome browser. I've changed the batteries, changed the USB connector, changed the mouse, checked mouse drivers.  Chrome is up to date, cache cleared and I've tried Opera browser. Nothing has helped.

Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks.

could be a browser issue specifically chrome based (opera is chrome based too I think) - have you tried in firefox?

Could be an extension or adblocker that's messing with you - try a viewing incognito mode or turn adblock off and see if that helps.

If it only happens on zazzle and not other websites - There might be some specific code on the website that's interfering with your mouse pointer. This could be due to a bug, a script, or even an interaction with a specific element on the page maybe?

Yes, I did try Incognito mode and it still disappeared. It's a real PITA as you can imagine.

I shall keep trying.
