The Editing in happen TOO SLOW or not at all

I was going to add this to a different post but they are all a couple years old. I don't know if anyone else id experiencing this??? but for the past two days what took me a few minutes to do sometimes takes nearly an hour. I can not get the editor to work on images. Loading them takes a little longer but once you try to do anything with them to make them fit or look good. Simple things like moving or resizing is not working. Seems like the more stuff you add to improve editing the worse it gets. You need to give designers who know what they are doing have the ability to do it. Use the fancy easy(?) apps for people coming by who want to play and create their own stuff. Let them spend hours. Please help, this is going on for days and I tried everything from updating, deleting windows updates to contacting IPS. It must be a problem with the programming. Am I the only one having this problem. If I am others will be experiencing it soon. Over the years I seem to be one of the fist to get plagued by problems that arise and low and behold many follow suit. Let me know if your experiencing this and how you have fixe it???????????????? Thanks

I just realized it took times to load products. I have no problem to add media but when I want to load products for the image, it took a really long time. I thought it was my connection. That's why I come here.

I was on the phone with my IPS server the last couple of days trying to get more speed but I am ready to just give up. It doesn't seem to matter. I have work over on Cafepress and no problem. It is usually the other way around. CP might even be going slow but it is like a speedway compared to what I am getting on Zazzle. I have tried updating them removing update of windows, I ran Malware on computer a few different versions. I have my regular windows protection on and off , been setting it all different ways.There are probably twenty other things I tried but this is Zazzle only.

I managed to create a few items by bypassing the Start The New Design. Instead I create the item by searching the particular product and then Create Your Own Product. But this is temporary solution. I hope it will be fixed soon.

What browser are you using? Sometimes this happens to me in Firefox, and then I switch to Chrome and it works fine.

Hi, I am sending this on Firefox. I have tried both browser at different times. I had my internet checked for speed. This works pretty well but the editor is not working on this or Chrome. Just been trying in my account to edit something between posting here and , wait, the editor is not even opening at all. On Chrome it opens but nothing works at any type of speed.
